Our Approach:
Our commitment to climate action begins with our own choices and our own actions.
As a company all our offices only use renewable energy, and we encourage all our team to adopt renewable energy supply too. We have installed solar panels and encourage all our investee companies, clients and partners to do likewise.
We operate a hybrid working model that minimises travel and air travel.
We discourage team members from buying new internal combustion engine (ICE) cars through mileage allowances. Keeping efficient existing ICE cars compares well to new electric, but buying new ICE is worse.
We don't allow single use plastic in any of our offices, and we have optimised water usage throughout.
We providing all members of staff with an annual tree-planting grant.
We only invest in companies that are committed to net zero, or reducing their carbon footprint and environmental sustainability.
